Box Property Consultants are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of a prime commercial unit in the heart of Harborne on behalf of 200 Degrees Coffee, the independent, specialty coffee roaster and operator of distinctive coffee shops across the UK.

The property, located on Harborne High Street, provides 200 Degrees Coffee with a prominent retail space in one of Birmingham’s most sought-after suburban centres. The new café will serve as an exciting addition to Harborne’s thriving high street, further strengthening its reputation as a vibrant hub for food, drink, and independent retail.

200 Degrees Coffee, founded in Nottingham, has grown rapidly since its launch and is known for its artisan coffee, warm atmosphere, and unique character at each site. The new Harborne location reflects the brand’s continued expansion across the Midlands and beyond.
