Box property relocate Slaters Menswear to 14,600 sq.ft High Street Retail unit in Nottingham City Centre
22 July 2026
BOX Property have concluded the largest Nottingham City Centre High Street retail letting, so far in 2026, relocating Slaters menswear from their Flying Horse Arcade location to a larger and more prominent 14,600 sq.ft unit on Thurland Street, formerly occupied by New Look.
The property occupies a highly prominent and desirable trading position with a corner/ return frontage onto Thurland Street visible from Clumber Street. Slaters have committed to a long term lease on strong rental terms.
Frankie Labbate, Director of Box Property who brokered the letting, comments, ‘Through our local market expertise and national coverage we were able to secure the perfect tenant for both the location and size of unit. These large units with wide frontages are important assets in the high street and it is very satisfying to attract a retail use on strong terms for both the landlord and the tenant.'
Kate Truelove (Landlord) comments ‘We are extremely happy with Slaters Menswear as our new tenant, they are a strong and well established company and we believe they will thrive in this space. We would like to thank Box Property as they have once again achieved a successful letting for us on strong commercial terms”.
