A first for the Midlands

BOX are delighted to have brokered the deal for the international brand, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, for their Nottingham outlet; the first in the Midlands to welcome the fast food restaurant. Serving over 2,700 restaurants internationally, the brand has been a much-anticipated addition to Nottingham, with fans of the ‘best fried chicken’ queuing for 11 hours to be the first in the restaurant.

The prime high street letting is situated in the heart of Nottingham, on the junction of Lower Parliament Street and Milton Street, opposite the entrance to the Victoria Shopping Centre and Clumber street.

Frankie Labbate, director of BOX, says “I am proud to bring another international food operator as a new entrant to Nottingham. We had high levels of interest, naturally, for what is arguably one of the most dominant and prime locations on the high street in the city. We opted to proceed with Popeyes as they would bring something fresh and new to the area and I have no doubt they will be very successful”.
