Another Successful 200 Degrees Coffee Acquisition

BOX Property are pleased to announce another store has been acquired for the Nottingham based coffee brand 200 Degrees Coffee, this time in within the ancient city walls of Chester.
200° have their own roastery, 18 coffee shops, 6 barista schools and a vast reach with their wholesale customers. The Chester coffee shop, on Bridge Street, will be their 19th coffee shop and they continue to look for more locations.
BOX Property director, Ben, comments, “Another fantastic site which will open in May, the growth plan continues, and we will be announcing more store locations shortly”.
BOX are looking to acquire more locations for the brand in shopping centres, high street, outlet centres and retail parks (1,200 -3,000ft²), in the following target locations:
