Mixed Use Investment Anchored by Sainsbury’s Sold Off Market

BOX Property has been working for the property developers Hockley Developments to secure a private investor deal for a site on Mansfield Road, Sherwood.

As part of the mixed-use scheme there will be a new library, which will be 50% larger than the former one, and mixed housing, anchored by a Sainsbury’s local.

The redevelopment of the site comes after Nottingham City Council considered that the old library was no longe fit for purpose. Local residents are excited for the regeneration for the site, which is due for completion in Q4 2023.

BOX delivered the letting to Sainsbury’s and have agreed the onward sale swiftly thereafter.
