BOX Property complete sale of off market mixed use, new-build retail investment, anchored by Sainsbury's to Local investor.

Led by Hockley Developments, the regeneration of Sherwood Library has taken a significant step forward with the opening of Sainsbury's, as part of the development there will be a new library which will be 50 percent bigger than the original, offices and community facilities with seven high end apartments above.

As part of the development, there will be 12 purpose built, new-buildhomes as well as two residential buildings set to comprise 22 apartments.
