Pure Gym Acquisition – Colwick, Nottingham

BOX Property has acquired another new property deal for Pure Gym, this time in Colwick, Nottingham. The 17,000ft² unit on the Sainsburys development, on private Road No.4, is the latest site for the UKs favourite gym.
Frankie Labbate, director at BOX, has been working with Pure Gym for 10 years and comments, “Another great property acquired off market in a long-standing strategic target area. The bidding was competitive, but we are pleased to get the deal over the line for our market leading client in a swift manner.”
